2. HOW FAR WILL WE TRAVEL?
We will travel any where in the Continental US. With knowledge and experience in 42 of the 50 states there is no owner or REIT that is treated any differently. 5. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO LEASE YOUR PROPERTY UP?
We are usually on a property from 30 to 120 days. That will depend on your vacancies and the amount of traffic prior to our arrival.
6. WILL WE MAINTAIN OUR CURRENT RESIDENT PROFILE?
Proven Performance leases apartments according to your qualifications, then turn over the applications to your office staff to obied by your rules and conditions for your property's approval process for each applicant. This way you make the final decision on each lease and your staff begins to build the relationship with your new resident.
7. WHERE WOULD THE LEASING EXPERTS LIVE?
We usually live on site because it helps us learn our surroundings. Also we can be available to show apartments until the last customer leaves.
